About Kinsons
Local experience. Personal responsibility.
We are a fictional family-run building company founded on a simple idea: turn up when you say you will, do the job properly and keep people informed.
Our story
Built around better service.
After years working across the local trade, founder Dan Kinson started the company to offer homeowners a more dependable way to build. Today, the small team brings more than 15 years of combined experience to projects of every size.
We stay closely involved, use trusted local trades and never hide behind jargon. You know who is on site, what happens next and who to call.
Safety
Careful site set-up, responsible working practices and respect for everyone in your home.
Communication
One clear point of contact, realistic timelines and regular updates without chasing.
Demo team
A small team that takes ownership.
